摘　　要：本研究旨在探讨跨学科团队协作在提升介入手术室护理质量中的关键作用。通过分析手术室内多学科专业人员的协作模式,研究揭示了有效的团队协作对护理质量、患者安全以及手术效率的积极影响。研究采用实证分析方法,结合定量和定性数据,验证了优化沟通机制、明确角色分工和实施团队培训对减少护理差错、提高手术成功率的效果。结果表明,跨学科团队协作显著提升了手术室的工作效率、护理质量及患者术后满意度,且降低了术中并发症的发生率。通过加强信息共享、优化决策机制和团队文化建设,本研究为提升介入手术室护理管理提供了有效策略,并为跨学科团队协作理论在临床实践中的应用提供了参考和指导。This study aims to explore the critical role of interdisciplinary team collaboration in enhancing the quality of care in interventional operating rooms.By analyzing the collaborative models of multidisciplinary professionals in the operating room,the research reveals the positive impact of effective team collaboration on care quality,patient safety,and surgical efficiency.The study adopts an empirical analysis method,combining quantitative and qualitative data to verify the effects of optimizing communication mechanisms,clarifying role responsibilities,and implementing team training on reducing nursing errors and improving surgical success rates.The results show that interdisciplinary team collaboration significantly enhances work efficiency,care quality,and patient satisfaction post-surgery,while also reducing the incidence of intraoperative complications.By strengthening information sharing,optimizing decision-making mechanisms,and fostering team culture,this study provides effective strategies for improving care management in interventional operating rooms and offers reference and guidance for the application of interdisciplinary team collaboration theory in clinical practice.
