利用GGE法评价不同马铃薯品种在湖南冬闲田的适应性和稳定性

摘  要:为筛选出适宜湖南省种植的丰产、稳产马铃薯新品种,2018-2020年连续3 a(年)对引进的6个品种进行物候期、植株和块茎外观性状及田间主要农艺性状和产量性状观察,采用双因素方差分析和GGE双标图分析品种的稳定性、丰产性和适应性。结果表明,不同马铃薯品种的外观和主要农艺性状差异显著。对品种产量相关性状影响的贡献度依次为环境>基因型>基因型-环境互作。评价品种鲜薯产量、株高、单株薯数和干物质率时,要充分考虑基因型与环境的互作效应。GGE双标分析筛选出1个新品种华薯1号,其丰产性和稳产性表现突出,适宜在本区域进一步示范推广。In order to screen for high-yield,stable-yield varieties suitable for production in Hunan province,six potato va-rieties were used as test materials in three years from 2018 to 2020 and observed the phenological period,plant and tuber appearance traits,main agronomic and yield traits in the field.The stability,high-yield and adaptability of the cultivars were analyzed using two factor analysis of variance and GGE-Biplot.The results showed that the appearance and main ag-ronomic traits among different cultivars were significant differences.The contribution degree of the impact on yield relat-ed traits of varieties is environment>genotype>genotype environment interaction.When evaluating the fresh potato yield,plant height,number of potatoes per plant,and dry matter rate of variety,the interaction effect between genotype and envi-ronment should be fully considered.One new variety(Huashu No.1)with outstanding high and stable yield performance was screened out by GGE-Biplot analysis,which was suitable for further demonstration and promotion in this region.
