摘 要:针对当前化工行业日常运用的检测仪器普遍存在手工记录,纸质保存数据的模式,以及由此导致的检测效能低下,数据精确性不足,难以有效积累和分析数据等问题。本文对微服务架构的物联网平台,检测设备的智能化转换技术以及自动数据捕获和标准化传输技术展开了深度探讨,并依据化工生产维护操作的实际需求,建立了一个运用物联网技术的检测仪器智能化数据管理系统。该系统实现了数据的自动化收集、标准化传输和智能化处理,减少了运维人员的工作量,提升了检测效率。同时也为信号设备的故障预测及健康状态管理提供了有力支持。In response to the common mode of manual recording and paper-based data storage in the daily use of detection instruments in the chemical industry,as well as the resulting problems of low detection efficiency,insufficient data accuracy,and difficulty in effectively accumulating and analyzing data,we have conducted in-depth exploration on the Internet of Things platform of microservices architecture,intelligent conversion technology of detection equipment,and automatic data capture and standardized transmission technology.Based on the actual needs of chemical production maintenance operations,we have established an intelligent data management system for testing instruments using Internet of Things technology.The system realizes automated data collection,standardized transmission,and intelligent processing,reduces the workload of operation and maintenance personnel,improves detection efficiency,and also provides strong support for fault prediction and health status management of signal equipment.
