摘 要:复合锂基润滑脂是中国产量最大、最重要的高滴点润滑脂品种,但是实际使用性能与国外产品相比还有一定差距。考察了不同类型、不同黏度的基础油对复合锂基润滑脂的微观结构和性能的影响,重点利用扫描电镜和流变仪研究了复合锂基脂的微观结构与流变性的关系规律。结果表明:基础油的类型和黏度对复合锂基脂的皂纤维大小和空间网络结构均有一定影响,与稠化剂亲和性好的基础油,形成的皂纤维结构较均匀,结构安定性更好。Complex lithium lubricating grease is the largest and most important high drop point grease variety in China,but there is still a certain gap in actual performance compared to foreign products.The effect of different type and viscosity of base oil on the microstructure and properties of complex lithium greasewasinvestigated,the relationship between the microstructure and rheological properties of complex lithium grease was studied by scanning electron microscopy and rheometer.It was found that the type and viscosity of base oil had a certain impact on the soap fiber size and network structure of complex lithium grease.Base oil with good affinity to thickener couldform soap fiber structures that were more uniform and had better structural stability.
