摘 要:随着环保排放标准的不断提高,钢铁工业烟气污染物深度净化已成为环境治理的重中之重。基于我国当前钢铁行业超低排放技术背景,介绍了钢铁工业烟道气中SO_(2)、NOx等污染物来源、排放特征及控制技术应用现状。对主要烟气脱硫、脱硝治理技术进行了综述,分析了这些技术特点和工程应用中存在的问题。然后,针对不同工艺条件,提出了6种多污染物协同净化技术,分析其工艺优缺点,并通过工业应用实例说明脱除效果。最后,根据钢铁工业污染物减排的实际需求对多污染物协同净化技术的发展进行展望。With the continuous improvement of environmental emission standards,the in-depth purification of flue gas pollutants in the iron and steel industry has become the top priority of environmental protection.Based on the background of the current ultra-low emission technology in the iron and steel industry of China,the sources of SO_(2),NOx and other pollutants in Chinese steel industry flue gas were introduced,as well as the emission characteristics and the application status of control technologies.The main flue gas desulfurization and denitrification treatment technologies were summarized,and the characteristics of these technologies and problems in engineering applications were analyzed.Then,according to different process conditions,five kinds of multi-pollutant synergistic purification technology were proposed,the advantages and disadvantages of the process were analyzed,and the removal effect was illustrated through industrial application examples.Finally,according to the actual needs of the steel industry,the development of multipollutant collaborative purification technology was prospected.
