摘  要:裂解汽油加氢装置加氢过程中反应器进出料换热器壳程堵塞,引起换热器出入口压差升高,严重影响该装置的长周期运行,针对这一问题进行了研究。分析了因原料中含氮和硫高,在加氢反应物中生成硫化铵结晶物的情况。根据铵盐溶于水的特点,通过降低反应系统背压、关闭反应器稀释量急冷量、在线在反应器出口前进行注水的方法,进行了降低换热器压差的实验。得到了在装置不停工的情况下解决铵盐堵塞的问题来保证装置长周期运行的结果。In the hydrogenation process of pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation unit,the blockagein the shell side of reactor inlet and outlet heat exchangersto cause high pressure difference between inlet and outlet of heat exchanger and seriously affect the long-term operation of the unit wasstudied.The situation of ammonium sulfide crystals produced in hydrogenation products due to high nitrogen and sulfur content in raw materials was analyzed.According to the characteristicthat ammonia salt issoluble in water,an experiment to reduce the pressure difference of the heat exchanger was carried out by adopting the method of reducing the back pressure of the reaction system,closing the dilution amount and cooling capacity of the reactor,and then injecting water in front of the reactor outlet.The result of solving the problem of ammonia salt blockage without shutdownto ensure the long-term operation of the plant was obtained.
