摘 要:随着数智技术在农业领域的深入应用,其在强化食用菌产业基础建设和提升产业链韧性方面发挥关键作用。然而,我国食用菌产业目前存在数字基础设施不完善、技术契合需求难度大、数智化内生发展受限、产业集群存在区域差异等问题。为了推进数智技术在食用菌产业的应用,亟需搭建支持市场培育与场景应用的专门平台,形成产供销一体化的数字经济生态系统。本文在系统分析食用菌产业数智化现状及问题的基础上,深入探讨数智技术在经济、文化及物流等方面对产业发展的功能性影响,从生产模式、产业模式、物流体系和产业格局四个层面提出数智技术在食用菌产业链中应用的可行性路径机制,具体建议有开展“人工智能+机器算法+以需定产”的食用菌智慧生产,探索“万物互联+规模效应+精准打造”的特色产业模式,打造“数字设施+数据仓储+智能配送”的食用菌数智物流,以及构建“数字素养+数字人才+智慧体系”的食用菌数智格局,以期为构建现代食用菌产业高质量发展的新格局提供助力。With the in-depth application of digital intelligence technology in the agricultural sector,it plays a crucial role in strengthening the infrastructure of the edible mushroom industry and enhancing the resilience of the industrial chain.However,the edible mushroom industry in China currently faces issues such as incomplete digital infrastructure,difficulty in meeting technical needs,limitations in the internal development of digital intelligence,and regional differences in industrial clusters.To promote the application of digital intelligence technology in the mushroom industry,there is an urgent need to build a dedicated platform that supports market cultivation and scenario applications,forming an integrated digital economic ecosystem of production,supply,and sales.Based on a systematic analysis of the current status and problems of digital intelligence in the edible mushroom industry,this paper explores the functional impact of digital intelligence technology on the development of the industry in terms of economy,culture,and logistics.It proposes feasible mechanisms for the application of digital intelligence technology in the mushroom industry chain from four dimensions:production models,industrial models,logistics systems,and industrial patterns,with specific recommendations including the development of intelligent mushroom production based on“Artificial Intelligence+Machine Learning Algorithms+Demand-Driven Production”,exploring distinctive industrial models of“Internet of Everything+Scale Effects+Precision Manufacturing”,creating a digital and intelligent logistics system for edible mushrooms with"Digital Infrastructure+Data Storage+Intelligent Distribution",and building a digital and intelligent pattern for edible mushrooms with“Digital Literacy+Digital Talent+Smart Systems”,aiming to provide support for the construction of a new pattern of high-quality development in the modern edible mushroom industry.
