摘 要:为探究香菇多糖和灵芝孢子粉对小鼠酒精性肠道损伤的保护作用及作用机制,通过对连续42 d进行灌胃酒精的肠道损伤小鼠开展香菇多糖、灵芝孢子粉灌胃效果的对比试验,观察不同处理组小鼠的小肠形态,测定小肠绒毛长度、隐窝深度及其比值(V/C值),检测小鼠肠道中α-淀粉酶和脂肪酶的活性以及肠道和胃中促炎因子白介素-6(IL-6)基因的表达量。结果显示,香菇多糖、灵芝孢子粉组较对照组,小鼠肠道绒毛长度分别增加93.87%和46.38%,V/C值分别提高86.79%和41.53%,α-淀粉酶活性分别提高36.45%和49.86%,脂肪酶活性分别提高28.32%和4.45%;IL-6基因平均表达量在小鼠肠道和胃部,香菇多糖组分别较对照组降低28.00%和44.00%;灵芝孢子粉组分别较对照组降低44.00%和26.00%。表明香菇多糖、灵芝孢子粉均可通过增加小鼠肠道绒毛长度和绒毛长度与隐窝深度的比值,提高小鼠肠道消化酶活性,缓解肠道炎症反应,降低酒精对小鼠肠道屏障的损伤。To explore the protective effects and mechanisms of lentinan and Ganoderma lingzhi spore powder on alcohol-induced intestinal injury in mice,a comparative study was conducted on the effects of lentinan and G.lingzhi spore powder on intestinal injury in mice treated with alcohol for 42 consecutive days.The small intestinal morphology of mice was observed in different treatment groups,the length of intestinal villi,crypt depth,and their ratio(V/C ratio)were measured,and the activity ofα-amylase and lipase in the intestinal tract of mice and the expression of pro-inflammatory factor interleukin-6(IL-6)gene in the intestine and stomach were detected.The results indicated that,compared with the control group,the lengths of intestinal villi in the lentinan(LNT)and G.lingzhi spore powder(GLSP)groups increased by 93.87%and 46.38%,respectively.The V/C ratios improved by 86.79%and 41.53%,respectively.Additionally,theα-amylase activities increased by 36.45%and 49.86%,while the lipase activities rose by 28.32%and 4.45%,respectively.The average expression levels of the IL-6 gene in the intestines and stomachs of mice in the LNT group decreased by 28.00%and 44.00%,respectively,compared with the control group.In the GLSP group,these decreases were 44.00%and 26.00%,respectively.These findings indicated that both LNT and GLSP could enhance the lengths of intestinal villi and the V/C ratios,increase the activities of intestinal digestive enzymes,alleviate intestinal inflammatory responses,and reduce alcohol-induced damage to the intestinal barrier in mice.
