摘  要:通过仿真等方式获取铰点载荷虽然简单可行,但是容易忽略挖掘机挖掘过程中侧载和偏载的影响。基于此,为了获取液压挖掘机工作装置在不同工况下的铰点载荷,为关键零部件进行疲劳寿命预测提供准确的依据,本文详细探讨了一种可同时考虑侧载和偏载影响的工作装置铰点载荷计算方法,主要包括:基于机器人运动学原理,根据挖掘机工作装置的结构特点建立其试验坐标系,求取所需的结构未知量以及坐标之间的旋转角度;采用三维销轴力传感器,直接实测斗杆与铲斗铰点处的正载、侧载和偏载,采用连杆力传感器实测连杆力;基于达朗贝尔原理,由铲斗-斗杆-动臂的顺序分别对构件进行受力分析。该方法可以完整地计算出挖掘机各构件上的铰点载荷,为后续关键零部件进行疲劳寿命预测奠定基础。Although obtaining the hinge joint load through simulation and other methods is simple and feasible,it is easy to overlook the influence of lateral and eccentric loads during the excavation process of the excavator.For this reason,In order to obtain the hinge joint load of the hydraulic excavator working device under different working conditions and provide accurate basis for predicting the fatigue life of key components,this article discussed in detail a calculation method for the hinge joint load of working device that can simultaneously consider the effects of lateral and eccentric loads.The main content includes:Based on the principles of robot kinematics,the author established the testing coordinate system of excavator according to its structural characteristics,solved the unknown parameters of the structure that we need and the rotating angle between the coordinate system;Used the three-dimensional pin-shaft force sensor to measure the positive load,lateral load and offset load at the hing joint of stick and bucket,and used the link rod force sensor to measure the link rod force;Based on the Darren Bell principle,conducted force analysis of the components separately in the order of bucket,stick,and boom.This approach can completely calculate the hinge load on each component of the excavator and lay the foundation for predicting the fatigue life of key components in the future.
