摘  要:纯电动汽车在路面行驶时因为路面不平顺引起振动,会不断消耗纯电动汽车输出的能量,造成一定的能量损失。本文思路是设计压电式振动能量俘能器,以便回收、储存和利用汽车振动能量。通过建立压电悬臂梁系统模型,得出其动力学微分方程,采用分离变量法(理论分析方法)求解系统动力学微分方程,得出系统位移响应和幅频响应。系统幅频响应结果表明悬臂梁固有频率取决于悬臂梁结构参数,系统位移响应结果表明当悬臂梁固有频率越接近周围环境振动激励频率时,系统振动位移越大,压电式振动能量俘能器能量收集效率越高。The electric vehicle will consume the energy output continuously because of the vibration caused by the uneven road surface,resulting in certain energy loss.The idea of this paper is to design a piezoelectric vibration energy harvester to recover,store and utilize the vibration energy of the vehicle.By establishing a piezoelectric cantilever beam system model,the dynamic differential equation is obtained.The separation variable method(theoretical analysis method)is used to solve the system dynamic differential equation,and the system displacement response and amplitude-frequency response are obtained.The results of the system amplitude-frequency response show that the natural frequency of the cantilever beam depends on the structural parameters of the cantilever beam.The results of the system displacement response show that when the natural frequency of the cantilever beam is closer to the vibration excitation frequency of the surrounding environment,the vibration displacement of the system is larger,and the energy collection efficiency of the piezoelectric vibration energy harvester is higher.
