摘  要:运用SIMPACK轮轨模块,建立了地铁钢轨探伤车非线性动力学模型,首先对影响车辆轮轨横向力的因素进行了探讨,然后对两种运行工况下车辆系统运动稳定性、曲线通过安全性、运行平稳性进行了仿真分析。研究结果表明:降低非动力转向架二系弹簧水平刚度可减小轮轨横向力,调整非动力转向架二系弹簧水平刚度后,该车辆在两种运行工况下的蛇行临界速度具有一定的速度裕量,曲线通过安全性满足GB/T5599-2019的限度要求,垂向平稳性满足2.5的优级标准,横向平稳性满足2.75的良级标准,动力学性能良好,能够保证120 km/h速度正常运行。The wheel/rail module of SIMAPCK is used to build a nonlinear dynamics model of a metro rail flaw detection.The factors affecting the lateral rail-wheel force are discussed.Under the two working conditions,the running stability,curve negotiating performance,riding quality were simulated.The research results show that reduce the horizontal stiffness of the secondary spring of the trailer bogie can reduce the rail-wheel lateral force.Adjusting the horizontal stiffness of the secondary spring of the trailer bogie.The vehicle has enough hunting critical speed,its safety indices of curve negotiation meet the limit required by GB/T 5599-2019,The vertical ride quality indices of the vehicle meets the excellent standard of 2.5,the lateral ride quality indices meets the standard of 2.75.Its dynamic performance can guarantee the normal operation speed of 120 km/h.
