摘  要:以豆瓣小组“高校青椒的自留地”为研究田野,对高校青年教师学术生活的时间病理及其牵涉的文化现象进行网络民族志考察。研究发现,高校青年教师学术生活的时间病理表现为加速化的时间消费、功绩主体的时间异化、时间碎片的弥散游弋,这形塑了高校青年教师学术生活的“漂浮式”图景:高校青年教师的过度繁忙阻滞学术身份的意义建构,其学术生活被时间的道德化规范操控,原子化时间引发高校青年教师学术生活的时间性断裂。进而言之,高校青年教师学术生活的加速主要原因在于基于行政逻辑的评价体系以及基于绩效权威的时间嵌入机制。在外部驱动力、离心力、自我内驱力的综合作用下,栖居于“竞速轨道”的高校青年教师群体建构出一种“竞速文化”,这不仅仅是行政逻辑的影响结果,同时也是青年教师个体的时间能动性的影响结果。理性审视与正确运用这一时间辩证法,是高校青年教师抵及理想的学术生活节奏的关键所在。This study uses the Douban group"College Young Pepper's Private Land"as the research field to conduct an online ethnographic investigation on the time pathology of the academic life of young university teachers and the cultural phenomena involved.This research found that the temporal pathology of the academic identity construction of young university teachers is manifested in accelerated time consumption,time alienation of meritorious subjects,narrative lies of time fragments,and staggered time axes.The excessive busyness of young university teachers hinders the construction of academic identity,and their academic lives are manipulated by the moral norms of the time.Information leaving traces leads to a temporal break in their self-narrative,resulting in a situational shift in their academic identity positioning.Further,the acceleration of the academic life for young university teachers mainly comes from the evaluation system based on administrative logic and the time-embedded mechanism based on performance authority.Under the combined effect of the external,centrifugal,and self-internal driving forces,young university teachers inhabiting the"racing track"have constructed a"racing culture".It is not only the result of the influence of administrative logic but also comes from the time dynamics of the individual young university teachers.Rationally examining and correctly applying this dialectic of time is the key for young university teachers to arrive at the ideal pace of academic life.
