摘  要:在一台6缸甲醇发动机上系统研究了WHTC循环下尾气中氮氧化物NO x排放测量的不确定度。建立了NO x比排放量数学计算模型,并计算了模型中各影响因素的相对标准不确定度,得到了NO x比排放量测量的不确定度评定结果。试验结果显示,NO x比排放量为166.7992 mg/kW·h,合成标准不确定度为4.6871 mg/kW·h,扩展不确定度为9.3742 mg/kW·h。对比分析各影响因素的相对标准不确定度,其中扭矩测量引入的不确定度影响最大。试验结果将为甲醇发动机提高NO x排放测量的准确性和一致性提供改进方向。This study conducted an experiment based on a methanol engine to evaluate the uncertainty of nitrogen oxide emissions(NO x).The mathematical model of specific emissions of NO x was established.The relative standard uncertainty for each factor was evaluated.The evaluation results of uncertainty were obtained for the specific emissions of NO x.Results show that the specific emissions of NO x was 166.7992 mg/kW·h.The combined standard uncertainty is 4.6871 mg/kW·h.The expanded uncertainty is 9.3742 mg/kW·h.Seen from the relative standard uncertainty of each factor,the greatest contributor is the uncertainty introduced by the torque measurement.The results will provide improvement methods for improving the accuracy and consistency of NO x emissions measurement in methanol engines.
