摘 要:针对市场反馈的轻型车辆飞轮壳开裂故障,本文首先对飞轮壳强度进行模态仿真计算,然后对故障车辆进行振动测试分析。通过多组车辆的NVH(Nosise Vibration Harshness,振动与声振粗糙度)试验来分析飞轮壳开裂故障产生机理[1],试验内容主要包括动力总成悬置系统隔振性能试验以及模拟路试试验[2]。模态仿真计算结果表明飞轮壳强度满足整车匹配要求,而通过分析振动试验数据得出结论:故障车自由端软垫硬度过大,车辆振动剧烈;变速箱传动轴系统存在异常,是飞轮壳开裂的主要原因。In this paper,the strength of flywheel shell is calculated by modal simulation,and then the vibration of the failed vehicle is tested and analyzed.Based on the NVH(nosise vibration harshness)test of several groups of vehicles,the mechanism of cracking of flywheel shell is analyzed.The results of modal simulation show that the strength of flywheel shell meets the requirements of the whole vehicle.By analyzing the vibration test data,it is concluded that the hardness of the soft cushion at the free end of the vehicle is too large and the vibration of the vehicle is violent;The main reason of flywheel shell cracking is that the transmission shaft system of the gearbox is abnormal.
