摘  要:本文聚焦于汽车零部件制造企业机械加工产线的自动化改造升级需求,对柔性机加产线自动上下料系统展开机电一体化设计,并实现三维模型与控制程序的信号连接,在此基础上完成虚拟仿真调试。通过本文的深入研究,旨在为汽车零部件机械加工柔性产线自动上下料系统在实际工程中的有效应用提供坚实的理论依据,有力助推汽车零部件制造企业实现自动化转型升级,达成高效、高质量的柔性制造。This paper focuses on the demand for the automation transformation and upgrading of the mechanical processing production line of automotive parts manufacturing enterprises,conducts mechatronics design for the automatic loading and unloading system of the flexible machining production line,realizes the signal connection between the 3D model and the control program,and completes the virtual simulation debugging on this basis.Through the in-depth research of this paper,it aims to provide a solid theoretical basis for the effective application of the automatic loading and unloading system of the flexible production line for automotive parts machining in practical engineering,and strongly promote the automotive parts manufacturing enterprises to achieve automatic transformation and upgrading,and achieve efficient and high-quality flexible manufacturing.
