摘  要:对国内外的75份蝴蝶豆资源进行粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗灰分、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、钙、磷等营养成分含量测定,并采用相关性、主成分以及隶属函数分析法进行营养价值综合评价。结果表明,041229005蝴蝶豆的营养价值最高,其次为CIAT5627蝴蝶豆、181224030距瓣豆、041130026蝴蝶豆及060301009蝴蝶豆,以上5个品系具有一定的开发利用价值,可作为蝴蝶豆育种和推广中较为优良的遗传材料。The contents of crude protein,crude fat,crude ash,neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber,calcium,phosphorus and other nutrients of 75 Centrosema pubescens resources at home and abroad were determined,and the nutritional value was evaluated by correlation analysis,principal component analysis and membership function analysis.The results showed that 041229005 Centrosema pubescens had the highest nutritional value,followed by CIAT5627 Centrosema pubescens,181224030 Centrosema pubescens,041130026 Centrosema pubescens and 060301009 Centrosema pubescens.The above five strains had certain development and utilization value,and could be used as better genetic materials in the breeding and promotion of Centrosema pubescens.
