广东高等教育科技支撑力分析:高等教育与区域创新耦合关系的视角

摘　　要：科技支撑力是中国特色社会主义教育强国的重要特质和评判标准,高等教育与区域创新耦合关系是区域高等教育科技支撑力的具体体现。从全国范围来看,广东是产业创新发展水平最高的地区之一,但是,当地高等教育与区域创新整体协调效应仍有提升空间。提高区域高等教育科技支撑力,应当依托区域创新资源禀赋,选取适切创新模式、有效发挥政府引导作用,保障区域创新可持续发展、打造区域技术转移转化中心,统筹推进教育科技人才体制机制一体改革。The supporting force of science and technology is an important characteristic and criterion of the strong socialist educational country with Chinese characteristics,which can be reflected by the coupling relationship between higher education and regional innovation.Guangdong has the highest level of industrial innovation and development in China,but the overall coordination effect between local higher education and regional innovation still needs to be improved.We should rely on the endowment of regional innovation resources;select appropriate innovation models,and play the guiding role of the government effectively;ensure the sustainable development of regional innovation,and build a regional technology transfer and transformation center;and promote the integrated reform of the system and mechanism of education,science and technology,and talents.
