摘  要:为解决专色印刷光谱配色中配方求解的精确性和效率问题,本研究基于单常数Kubelka-Munk理论构建专色印刷光谱配色配方的带约束非线性优化模型,分别采用内点法、有效集法、序列二次规划法、遗传算法等最优化算法建立模型的配方求解方法,并比较不同最优化算法的配方求解效率和求解精度,确定开展专色印刷计算机光谱配色配方的最优化求解方法。以胶版印刷专色的光谱配色为例,采用不同算法开展配方求解实验,结果表明:序列二次规划法与内点法、有效集法的配方求解精度相当,均较遗传算法高;而序列二次规划法的配方求解耗时较短,运行效率最高。本研究为专色印刷光谱配色的配方求解提供了实践指导,可为印刷工业配色软件的开发提供参考依据。To address the issues of accuracy and efficiency in formulation solving for spectral color matching in spot color printing,a constrained nonlinear optimization model for primary ink formula of spot color printing to achieve spectral color matching was constructed based on the single-constant Kubelka-Munk theory in this study.Optimization algorithms such as interior point method,active set method,sequence quadratic programming,and genetic algorithm were used to solve the model to obtain the primary ink formula.The efficiency and accuracy of different optimization algorithms were compared to determine the optimal solution method for the model.Taking the spectral color matching of spot colors of offset printing as an example,different optimization algorithms were used to carry out the experiments.The results showed that the accuracies of sequential quadratic programming,interior point method,and active set method are comparable,both higher than genetic algorithm,and sequential quadratic programming takes less time and has the highest operational efficiency.This study provides practical guidance for formulation solving in spectral color matching for spot color printing and serves as a reference for the development of color matching software in the printing industry.
