不同纸张喷墨印刷质量评价方法的比较研究

摘　　要：目前人们对于印刷品质量的要求越来越高,如何合理地对印刷质量进行评价就显得尤为重要。喷墨印刷质量的评价方法有很多,本研究选择距离综合评价法和灰关联分析法,对采用9种不同品牌的纸张的喷墨印刷质量进行评价。距离综合评价法是根据数学模型计算评价对象与参考点的距离获得评价结果,评价结果依赖于评价者对印刷质量的主要关注度;而灰关联分析法在进行质量评价时要确定分辨系数,分辨系数依赖评价者的主观性,会导致不同的评价结果。本研究说明,针对不同的纸张,印刷质量评价方法会有不同的结果,因此评价者可以采用不同评价方法从多个角度对印刷质量展开评价,得到更科学的评价结果。The increasing demand for high-quality print a more rational approach to evaluating print quality.There are various methods for assessing inkjet print quality.The comprehensive distance evaluation method and the grey relational analysis method were choosed to evaluate the inkjet print quality of nine different brands of paper in this study.The comprehensive distance evaluation method calculates the distance between the evaluation object and a reference point based on a mathematical model,with the evaluation results depending on the primary concerns of the evaluator regarding print quality.In contrast,the grey relational analysis method requires the determination of a discrimination coefficient,which was subject to the evaluator’s subjective judgment and lead to different evaluation results.This study demonstrated that the different paper print quality evaluation methods have different results,and therefore,the evaluators can utilize multiple methods to assess print quality from different perspectives,leading to more scientific and comprehensive evaluation results.
