摘　　要：为了解决印刷厂安全隐患,本研究提出了基于WiFi的印刷厂环境多参数远程实时监测系统。此系统基于STC89C52单片机对多个传感器的数据进行实时的采集和远程传输,它能够监测烟雾的浓度、一氧化碳的浓度、二氧化碳的浓度、温度、湿度、噪音强度6个环境参数的变化,当环境参数超过所设定的报警阈值时,蜂鸣器和指示灯能够发出报警信号。环境参数实时在LCD1602液晶显示屏上显示,并且可通过ESP8266串口WiFi模块传输至手机端的APP,从而在APP中能够实时观测这些参数。实验结果表明,该系统能够实时有效地监测印刷厂环境的异常情况,性能稳定,有较好的推广价值。In order to solve the safety hazards in printing factories,a real-time remote environment monitoring system with multiple parameters based on the WiFi was proposed in this study.This system which was based on the STC89C52 MCU can collect and remotely transmit data from multiple sensors in real time,and can monitor the change of six environment parameters including the concentration of smoke,the concentration of carbon monoxide,the concentration of carbon dioxide,the temperature,the humidity and the sound intensity.If the environment parameters exceed the set alarm thresholds,the buzzer and indicator will produce an alarm signal.The environment parameters were displayed in real time on the LCD1602 liquid crystal display,and meanwhile they were transmitted to the mobile phone through the ESP8266 wireless network WiFi module.The environment parameters can be real-time observed on the APP in the mobile phone.The experimental result showed that this system can monitor the abnormal condition of printing factories effectively in real time.This system also has a stable performance and the good popularize value.
