摘  要:为了探究环境友好型的抗菌保鲜材料,本研究采用热氧化剥离法制备了石墨相氮化碳纳米片,结合生物降解材料壳聚糖制备了具有显著光动力抗菌活性的复合包装纸。扫描电镜和红外光谱表明,石墨相氮化碳纳米片的直径在100~500nm,厚度在5~10nm,抗菌纸表面均匀负载壳聚糖包被的石墨相氮化碳纳米片。光催化抗菌实验表明,复合抗菌纸对大肠杆菌具备优异的光动力抗菌效果(99.7%),比单添加壳聚糖提高了87.8%。以蓝莓为测试对象,研究了复合包装纸的保鲜效果。与空白组相比,壳聚糖/石墨相氮化碳抗菌纸降低了蓝莓45.90%的腐烂率和29.72%的失重率,保持了硬度、可溶性形物、可滴定酸和花青素等品质特征,可将蓝莓的货架期从6天延长至10天。作为一种功能性抗菌包装纸,本研究的抗菌纸为果蔬的储藏保鲜提供了新的理论依据。In order to explore the environment friendly antibacterial preservation materials,the graphite carbon nitride nanosheets were prepared by thermal oxidation exfoliation method,and composite packaging paper with significant photodynamic antibacterial activity was prepared by combining biodegradable material chitosan in this study.Scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy showed that the diameter and thickness of graphite carbon nitride nanosheets were 100~500nm and 5~10nm,respectively.Chitosan coated graphite carbon nitride nanosheets were uniformly loaded on the surface of antibacterial paper.The photocatalytic antibacterial experiment showed that the composite antibacterial paper had excellent photodynamic antibacterial effect against Escherichia coli(99.7%),which was 87.8%higher than that of chitosan alone.Taking blueberries as the test object,the fresh-keeping effect of composite packaging paper was studied.Compared with the blank group,chitosan/graphite carbon nitride antibacterial paper reduced the decay rate of blueberries by 45.90%and the weight loss rate by 29.72%,maintained the quality characteristics of hardness,soluble solid,titratable acid and anthocyanin,and extended the shelf life of blueberries from 6 days to 10 days.As a functional antibacterial packaging paper,it provides a new theoretical basis for the storage and preservation of fruits and vegetables.
