摘  要:随着人们对塑料制品的需求与日俱增,塑料的污染问题也成为人们关注的重点,其中塑料包装薄膜在其整个生命周期中对环境产生的负面影响,已引起全球公众和政府的高度关注。单一材质制备的多层复合薄膜凭借优越的功能性和成熟的加工工艺,已经成为目前包装材料的研究热点。本研究以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、茂金属聚乙烯(mPE)为原材料,制备五层共挤聚乙烯复合膜LDPE/mPE/PVA/mPE/LDPE,分析了回收循环方式对薄膜生命周期结果的影响、回收循环次数对分子量的变化影响和回收循环次数对薄膜物理性能的影响。结果表明,与直线型生产相比,回收循环质量分数为10%的五层共挤薄膜,在经过3次循环后,每生产1吨塑料产品可减少309.125kg的CO_(2)排放。通过对比分子量、剪切黏度、物理机械性能和阻隔性的变化,发现本研究使用的回收循环五层共挤薄膜可以在减少碳排放的同时依然具有良好的性能。With the increasing demand for plastic products,the problem of plastic pollution has become the focus of attention,which the negative impact of plastic packaging film in its entire life cycle on the environment,has aroused the global public attention.Mono-material multilayer composite films,owing to their superior functionality and mature processing techniques,have become a current research focus in the field of packaging materials.In this study,low-density polyethylene(LDPE),polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and metallocene polyethylene(mPE)were used as raw materials to prepare five-layer co-extruded polyethylene composite film LDPE/mPE/PVA/mPE/LDPE.The influence of recycling mode on the life cycle results,the influence of recycling times on the change of molecular weight and the physical properties of the films were analyzed.The results showed that,compared with linear production,a fivelayer co-extruded film with a recycling cycle mass of 10wt%can reduce 309.125kg CO_(2)eq per ton of plastic product produced after three cycles.By comparing the changes in molecular weight,shear viscosity,physical and mechanical properties and barrier properties,it was found that the five-layer co-extruded film used in this study can reduce carbon emission while still having good performance.
