摘  要:针对常见湿敏防伪标签变色单一、信息保密性差、易伪造等问题,本研究以纤维素纳米晶(CNC)复合薄膜为基材,以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为墨水,成功研制了一款能够湿敏实时变色的防伪二维码标签。首先,以短绒脱脂棉为原料,通过硫酸水解法制备CNC悬浮液,并对其性能进行表征。其次,采用水性聚氨酯(WPU)和CNC悬浮液共混制备复合薄膜,并对CNC/WPU复合膜进行表征分析。然后,制备不同固含量的聚乙烯醇(PVA)墨水,对比分析墨水固含量对打印精度的影响。最后,采用CNC/WPU复合膜作为基材,PVA溶液作为打印墨水,通过直接书写打印机(DIW)印制了湿敏实时变色防伪二维码标签。结果表明,当CNC和WPU配比为8∶2时,能兼顾结构色薄膜的力学性能和光学性能;当PVA固含量为15%时,打印精度最好且响应速度适宜,二维码信息可识别时间为滴水后第15s。In order to solve the problems of limited color-changing ability,poor information confidentiality,and susceptibility to forgery,which are commonly found in moisture-sensitive anti-counterfeiting labels,an anticounterfeiting two-dimensional code(QR code)label with moisture-sensitive real-time color-changing function has been successfully developed in this study.The label was constructed with cellulose nanocrystal(CNC)composite film as the substrate and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as the ink.Firstly,the CNC suspension was prepared by sulfuric acid hydrolysis using short-staple absorbent cotton as raw material,and its properties were characterized.Secondly,the composite film was prepared by blending waterborne polyurethane(WPU)and CNC suspension,and the CNC/WPU composite film was characterized and analyzed.Then,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)inks with different solid contents were prepared,and the effects of ink solid content on printing accuracy were compared and analyzed.Finally,the moisture-sensitive real-time color-changing anti-counterfeiting QR code label was printed by a direct writing printer(DIW)using CNC/WPU composite film as the substrate and PVA solution as the printing ink.The results show that when the ratio of CNC and WPU is 8∶2,the mechanical and optical properties of the structured color film can be taken into account.When the solid content of PVA is 15%,the printing accuracy is the best and the response speed is appropriate,and the QR code information can be recognized in the 15th second after dripping.
