摘 要:高校信息化建设是推动教育现代化的关键途径,高校信息化规划的执行效果直接影响并体现我国的高等教育信息化水平。因此,探讨我国高校信息化建设的特征与路径优化,具有重要意义。采用量化文本分析和内容分析方法,通过质性分析软件对21所不同类型高校的信息化建设文本进行系统分析,构建包含价值层、支撑层、应用层、主体层的分析框架,以揭示高校信息化建设的特征。通过深入研究发现,高校信息化发展目标泛化,信息化评估模式亟待创新;系统建设不平衡,技术创新及应用滞后;管理与服务割裂,信息技术内驱力不足;信息化参与能力和机会不足。同时,不同类型高校既有遵循国家政策方针、重视网络基础设施建设、教育资源共享等共同点,也存在战略规划侧重、技术应用层次、组织管理体制和人才队伍建设等方面的差异。据此建议,高校应加强顶层规划,优化教育基础设施,创新技术应用,并明晰治理权责,构建信息化协同发展共同体。通过这些措施,提升高校信息化建设的整体水平,推进教育数字化转型,提高教育质量和效率。The construction of informatization in higher education institutions is a key pathway to promoting the modernization of education,and the effectiveness of informatization planning in higher education directly impact and reflect the level of informatization in higher education.This study aims to explore the current situation,problems,and development trends of informatization construction in Chinese higher education institutions,and to propose optimization strategies.The research employs quantitative text analysis and content analysis methods,using Nvivo14 software to systematically analyze the informatization construction texts of 21 different types of higher education institutions,constructing an analytical framework that includes the value layer,support layer,application layer,and subject layer to reveal the characteristics of informatization construction in higher education institutions.The study finds that the development goals of higher education informatization are generalized,and the informatization evaluation model urgently needs innovation;the construction of systems is unbalanced,and technological innovation and application are lagging;there is a disconnection between management and services,and the internal driving force of information technology is insufficient;the ability and opportunities for participation in informatization are inadequate.Meanwhile,different types of higher education institutions have commonalities such as focusing on the construction of network infrastructure and the sharing of educational resources,but also have differences in strategic planning focus,levels of technology application,organizational management systems,and talent team construction.The study suggests that higher education institutions strengthen top-level planning,optimize educational infrastructure,innovate in technology applications,and clarify governance responsibilities to build a collaborative community for the development of informatization.Through these measures,the overall level of informatization constructio
