摘 要:党的二十大报告首次把教育、科技、人才进行“三位一体”统筹安排、一体部署,赋予教育在全面建设社会主义现代化国家中新的使命任务。而高校作为高等教育的主阵地,在当前背景下,率先探索数字化与教育教学的深度融合,以数据赋能高校高质量人才培养,既具有重要意义,也势在必行。应围绕“本科教育教学高质量发展”这个核心,通过一体化教学事务数据体系建设,推进数字化与教育教学的深度融合,推动教育教学“数字化”“智慧化”变革。首先,定义一体化教学事务数据的构成,搭建本科教学事务一体化框架;其次,建设学生培养全过程数据体系,通过数据接入工具,完成各业务系统、各应用的教学事务数据融合,在此基础上,使用数据质量管理流程,完成数据质量的闭环管理;最后,通过主成分分析法,建设学生培养全过程指标体系,从多个维度、多个层次对学生进行客观评价,从而提升教学管理的精准化、人才培养的个性化,并通过打造高校学生培养全过程典型数据应用,赋能本科教育教学高质量发展。The Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put education,science and technology,and human resources into a“three-in-one”overall arrangement and deployment for the first time,giving education a new mission and task in building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.As the mainstay of higher education,it is imperative for universities to take the lead in exploring the deep integration of digitalization and education and teaching,so as to enable the training of high-quality talents.Focusing on the core of“high-quality development of undergraduate education and teaching”,this study promotes the deep integration of digitalization and education and teaching through the construction of an integrated teaching affairs and data system,aims to promote the“digitalization”and“intelligent”reform of education and teaching.This study first defines the composition of integrated teaching transaction data and builds an undergraduate teaching transaction integration framework.Secondly,the study will try to build the data standard system of the whole process of student training,integrate the data fusion of teaching affairs of various business systems and applications through data collection tools,and complete closed-loop management of data quality through data quality management processes.Finally,by employing Principal Component Analysis,a comprehensive indicator system for student training is constructed.This system evaluates students objectively from multiple dimensions and levels,thereby enhancing the precision of teaching management and the personalization of talent cultivation.Furthermore,by developing typical data applications for the entire process of student training in universities,it empowers the high-quality development of undergraduate education and teaching.
