铸牢中华民族共同体意识的主体性、历史性与能动性

摘　　要：铸牢中华民族共同体意识已经成为新时代党的民族工作的主线。既有研究主要从民族共同体的历史或概念出发讨论共同体意识,忽略了共同体意识本身的主体性。从意识的主体性视角分析发现,在中华民族共同体的演进和形成的历史中,民族共同体意识自身也经历了一个萌芽、发展和形成的过程,而且与民族共同体的相应阶段比较有一定的递延效应;同时,中华民族共同体意识在漫长的发育过程中表现强大的能动性,即在和平时期维持民族共同体的稳定发展,在民族重大的危机时期成为号召力强大的耀眼旗帜,凝聚全民族力量取得最终胜利。我国社会主义建设事业面临百年未有之大变局,尤其需要铸牢中华民族共同体意识,通过发挥共同体意识的能动性作用,推动民族团结一致同心奋斗,实现中华民族伟大复兴的宏伟目标。Prior academic research mainly focused on interpreting the content and constructional pathways of the sense of national community from the perspective of national community construction,regarding the sense of community as an appendage of the community.This approach seemingly assumes that the emergence and evolution of the national community automatically synchronize with the formation and development of the sense of community,thereby overlooking the subjectivity of the sense itself.Marxism points out that social existence determines social consciousness and while also acknowledging that social consciousness has a reactive effect on social existence.This not only demonstrates the primacy of materialism but also shows the agency of consciousness due to its subjectivity.The subjectivity of the sense of Chinese national community is initially manifested in its own historicity.As early as in Sima Qian's Shiji(Records of the Grand Historian),it is explicitly documented that the Huaxia,Xiongnu,and Yue peoples are all descendants of the Emperor,epitomizing the idea of"common ancestry of the Hua and Yi,"which represents the earliest reflection of the sense of Chinese national community.For a considerable period of subsequent historical development,although the concept of the Chinese nation was not yet explicitly put forward,the notion of the national communitypermeated thehistorical process.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has proposed forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation as the principal task of ethnic work.This shows an advancement in Marxist ethnic theory and reflects a profound emphasis on the role of the sense of national community.Although the sense of Chinese national community depends on the development and evolution of the community,it also has its own independent development and evolutionary trajectory,demonstrating the existence of its subjectivity.The subjectivity of the sense of Chinese national community is also embodied in it
