摘　　要：中国绿色发展方案的国际政治认同,是指国际社会对中国绿色发展的指导思想、领导力量、根本立场和发展道路的认可和赞同。国际社会对习近平生态文明思想、中国共产党的坚强领导、坚持人民至上的根本立场、人与自然和谐共生的中国式现代化道路予以高度评价,认为中国绿色发展方案为国际社会贡献了中国智慧和中国方案。但是,由于国际认同主体、客体和介质因素的影响,中国绿色发展方案的国际政治认同也面临挑战。因此,从认同主体层面,必须坚持全面推进与重点突破相结合,打破意识形态壁垒;从认同客体层面,必须促进科学理论和绿色实践相统一,为全球生态文明建设提供行动示范;从认同介质层面,要实现绿色发展话语体系创新与国际话语传播能力提升相协同,推进中国绿色发展方案的国际政治认同,增进政治互信。The international political recognition of China's green development plan refers to the international society's identification and approval of China's green development plan in terms of its guiding thought,leadership,fundamental stance and development path.The international community has spoken highly of Xi Jinping's thought on ecological civilization,the strong leadership of the CPC,the fundamental stance of putting the people first,and the distinctively Chinese path to modernization of harmony between human and nature.They hold that China's green development concepts and actions have provided the international society with China's wisdom and plans.However,as a result of the influence of the subject,object and medium of international recognition,China's green development program faces real challenges.Therefore,from the perspective of recognition subject,it is necessary to adhere to the combination of comprehensive promotion and key breakthroughs to break down ideological barriers;from the perspective of recognition object,it is necessary to promote the unity of scientific theories and green practices and to provide an action model for the construction of global ecological civilization;and from the perspective of recognition medium,it is necessary to realize the synergy between innovation of the discourse system of green development and the enhancement of international discourse dissemination capacity,so as to promote the international political recognition of China's green development plan and strengthen the mutual trust in the international political arena.
