摘　　要：学校体育伤害事故风险的潜伏性、持续性、态势变化模糊性对风险沟通提出更高要求,有效风险沟通是防范和化解学校体育伤害事故的关键手段,也是实现多元主体协同共治风险的重要途径。该研究从法律多元视角下学校体育伤害事故风险沟通的现实需求切入,在梳理风险沟通的核心概念和历史脉络基础上,深入分析学校体育伤害事故风险治理法律制度,全面剖析我国学校体育伤害事故风险沟通面临的法律阻滞、话语权失衡、场域界限、机制欠缺、资源紧缺等现实问题。并以此为基点,综合检视学校体育法规体系,确立和完善学校体育伤害事故风险沟通的法律制度定位,探索学校体育伤害事故风险沟通的要素和实践结构,从法治与保障、平等与信任、协同与合作、文化与制度、信息与反馈、资源与利用等方面提出学校体育伤害事故风险沟通的实践路径,为设计制定学校体育伤害事故风险沟通措施,预防和治理学校体育伤害事故提供参考。The risk of school sports injury accidents is latent,persistent and fuzzy,which puts forward higher requirements for risk communication.Effective risk communication is a key means to prevent and resolve school sports injury accidents,and also an important way to realize multi-subject cooperative risk management.This study cuts into the practical needs of school sports injury accident risk communication from legal pluralism perspectives,and on the basis of combing the core concepts and historical context of risk communication,makes an in-depth analysis of the legal system of school sports injury accident risk management,and comprehensively analyzes the realistic difficulties faced by school sports injury accident risk communication such as legal block,discourse power imbalance,field boundary,lack of mechanism and shortage of resources.Based on this,this study comprehensively examines the legal system of school physical education,establishes and improves the legal system positioning of risk communication of school physical education injury accident,and explores the elements and practice structure of risk communication of school physical education injury accident.From the aspects of rule of law and guarantee,equality and trust,collaboration and cooperation,culture and institutions,information and feedback,resources and utilization,this study puts forward the practice path of school sports injury accident risk communication,and provides references for designing and developing school sports injury accident risk communication measures,preventing and managing school sports injury accidents.
