摘 要:目的探讨超短波、激光、经皮神经电刺激(TENS)疗法联合常规康复训练对脑卒中后偏瘫肩痛(HSP)患者上肢功能及肩关节活动度的影响。方法80例脑卒中后HSP患者随机分为两组。对照组采取常规康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用超短波、激光和TENS疗法治疗。比较两组的肩痛情况、上肢功能、肩关节活动度。结果治疗3周后,观察组的VAS评分低于对照组,FMA-UL评分以及肩关节外旋、内旋、外展、屈曲活动度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超短波、激光、TENS疗法联合常规康复训练可显著缓解脑卒中后HSP患者的疼痛程度,提高患者的上肢功能,改善患者的肩关节活动度。Objective To explore the impact of ultrashort wave,laser,transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation(TENS)therapy combined with routine rehabilitation training on upper limb function and shoulder joint mobility of patients with post-stroke hemiplegic shoulder pain(HSP).Methods A total of 80 patients with post-stroke HSP were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with ultrashort wave,laser and TENS therapy on the basis of the control group.The shoulder pain,upper limb function,and shoulder joint range of motion were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 weeks of treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the FMA-UL score and the ranges of motion of external rotation,internal rotation,abduction and flexion of shoulder joint were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Ultrashort wave,laser,and TENS therapy combined with routine rehabilitation training can obviously relieve the pain degree of patients with post-stroke HSP,improve patients'upper limb function,and improve patients'shoulder joint mobility.
