摘 要:随着医学科学发展,围术期监测设备与技术不断升级,对疾病的病理生理机制研究也愈加深入,但麻醉危机事件的早期识别、紧急处理、团队沟通与协作,仍旧主要依靠麻醉医生的个人经验。传统教学方式难以培养麻醉医生具备真正处理危机的能力是麻醉教学的薄弱环节。作为传统教学方法的补充,近年来涌现出的认知辅助、模拟教学、虚拟教学、临床决策支持等多种新型危机管理培训模式,明显提高了低、中年资住院医师掌握处理危机事件的能力,已被各大医院与教学机构广泛采用。该文阐述了各种主流危机管理培训模式并分析其利弊与进展,以期未来能够研发出更能激发教学双方兴趣,提高危机管理教学效果的新型教学方法,培养出更多高素质麻醉学科人才。With the advancement of medical science,perioperative monitoring equipment and technology continue to evolve,while the pathophysiological mechanisms of diseases are being studied more comprehensively.However,the early identification,emergency management,team communication and cooperation during anesthesia crisis events still heavily rely on anesthesiologists'personal experience.This reliance on traditional teaching methods has been proven inadequate in training anesthesiologists to effectively handle crises,which has long been a weak point in anesthesia education.As a supplementary approach to traditional teaching methods,various new crisis management training methods have emerged in recent years,such as cognitive aid,simulation-based teaching,virtual teaching,clinical decision support and others.These methods have significantly enhanced the crisis handling capabilities of residents at low and intermediate levels of experience and have gained widespread adoption by major hospitals and educational institutions.This paper elaborates on different mainstream crisis management training models,and analyze their strengths and weaknesses as well as advancements made thus far.The goal is to develop novel teaching methods that can stimulate teachers'interest while improving the effectiveness of crisis management education for cultivating high-quality anesthesiology professionals.
