摘　　要：营造促进运动的住区环境是实现健康中国的重要路径。研究基于北京市63个老旧小区室外环境和居民休闲性体力活动调查,借助相关性分析和回归分析,探讨了住区土地利用、道路交通和开放空间对居民活动水平的影响,分析了不同年龄、性别、活动强度群体的差异性,据此提出保障活动场地和休憩设施,控制健身器材的住区更新策略。Promoting outdoor activities for residents in close proximity to their homes is a crucial approach towards achieving a Healthy China.This research is based on an extensive examination of the built environment and residents'activities in 63 existing residential quarters in Beijing.By utilising correlation analysis and regression analysis methods,this study investigates the impact of land use,road planning,and open spaces on outdoor leisure activities of residents,and explores the variations caused by different factors,including age,gender,and activity intensity.The findings of this study lead to recommendations for the revitalisation of residential quarters,which include the provision of small squares and resting facilities,as well as reducing the number of fitness equipment available.
