摘  要:为了增强农业物料学课程的实践性和互动性,设计并搭建了一个基于LCR测试仪的柱体水果电学特性实验测试平台。采用平行电极板法,结合接触式无损测量技术,对柱体水果电学参数进行测试。核心组件包括直线滑轨模组、自制屏蔽箱、拉压力传感器、数字显示仪、电动机驱动器、控制器、铜制电极板及LCR测试仪。以青香蕉为测试对象,通过单因素实验确定了最佳测试条件:1.00 V测试电压、3 N电极板间预紧力和75 mm×150 mm铜制电极板。以阻抗、相对介电常数和介质损耗因数为响应指标,对比了损伤香蕉和未损伤香蕉的频率特性。结果表明,该实验平台可识别损伤组和对照组在不同频率下的电学特性差异,尤其是在低频区域。To enhance the practicality and interactivity of agricultural materials science course,an experimental platform based on an LCR meter was designed and constructed to assess the electrical properties of cylindrical fruits.This platform employs a parallel plate capacitor method combined with a non-destructive contact measurement technique to determine their electrical parameters.Its core components include a linear slide module,a custom-built shielding box,a force sensor and a corresponding digital gauge,a motor driver and a controller,copper electrodes,and an LCR meter.With unripe bananas as test subjects,a series of single-factor experiments were conducted for determining the optimal conditions:1.00 V electrode voltage,3 N preloading force,and copper electrodes with dimensions of 75 mm×150 mm.Furthermore,the frequency characteristics of both bruised and undamaged bananas were compared,using impedance,relative permittivity,and dielectric loss factor as response indicators.The results reveal that the platform can discriminate the differences in the electrical properties between the bruised and undamaged fruits at various frequencies,particularly in the low-frequency range.
