融入科研能力训练的生理学实验教学设计——以骨骼肌收缩实验为例

摘　　要：依托骨骼肌收缩实验,以“骨骼肌相关疾病”为出发点,引入2型糖尿病小鼠模型。通过对2型糖尿病小鼠的尿糖、口服糖耐量、小腿骨骼肌收缩特性及骨骼肌病理性变化检测,并在课程中适时引入糖尿病相关的临床医学问题讨论,实现了“基础探索-教研结合-思政融合”的递进式培养模式。实验结果和教学效果问卷调查结果显示,该教学模式激发了学生的科研创新兴趣,开阔了学生的学术视野,提升了学生综合实验能力,培养了发现-分析-解决-总结问题的能力,在丰富教学资源和形式的同时也提高了生理学实验的教学质量。Taking“skeletal muscle related diseases”as a starting point and based on the skeletal muscle contraction experiment,type 2 diabetes mouse model was established.Subsequently,the urine glucose,oral glucose tolerance,leg skeletal muscle contraction characteristics and pathological changes of skeletal muscle in type 2 diabetes mice were detected.Meanwhile,the discussion on clinical medical issues related to diabetes was introduced in the course at the right time.Finally,a progressive cultivation mode which integrates basic exploration,teaching and research integration,and course ideological and political education was realized.The experimental results and teaching effectiveness questionnaire survey results of students show that this teaching mode stimulates their interest in scientific research and innovation,broadens their academic horizons,improves their comprehensive experimental abilities,which not only cultivates their ability to discover,analyze,solve,and summarize problems,but also enriches teaching resources and forms,and improves the teaching quality of physiological experiments.
