摘 要:为实现高校实验室全过程、全要素、全覆盖监管,设计并开发了一套基于物联网和神经网络的实验室安全智慧化管理系统。该管理系统通过智能仪表和串口服务器的联合组网与透明传输实现了物联网云平台对设备、环境、人员等实验室运行状态的实时监测;再通过BP神经网络算法实现火灾风险概率分级主动示警和危险情况应急处置。实验表明,该系统的火灾误报率降至0%,将火灾报警时间缩短30%以上,提高了实验室安全信息化和智慧化管理水平,具有一定的推广应用价值。In order to realize the whole process,all elements and all coverage supervision of university laboratories,this paper designs a smart management system of laboratory safety based on Internet of Things(IoT),and neural networks.The management system combines the joint networking and transparent transmission of smart meters and serial servers to realize the real-time monitoring of equipment,environment,personnel and other laboratory operating status by the IoT cloud platform,and then realizes the fire risk probability grading active warning and emergency disposal of dangerous situations through the BP neural network algorithm.Practice shows that the system reduces the false fire alarm rate to 0%,shortens the fire alarm time by more than 30%,improves the laboratory safety informatization and intelligent management level,and has the value of popularization.
