摘 要:为有效解决传统生态混凝土(ECC)力学性能和生态效果无法兼顾的难题,采用粉煤灰以及偏高岭土代替部分水泥作为胶凝材料,以不同粒径范围的石灰岩碎石作为粗骨料,运用正交试验方法,针对水胶比、骨料粒径、粉煤灰添加量与偏高岭土添加量这四个影响因素进行四因素三水平试验研究。研究各因素在设计孔隙率为25%和减水剂添加量为0.69%时对其抗压强度、孔隙率、透水性和pH值的影响,通过极差分析法对正交试验结果进行分析,从而设计出一种能够满足边坡防护需求且符合生态环境要求的ECC最优配合比。研究表明:当水胶比为0.30,粗骨料粒径为3~6 mm,粉煤灰掺量为15%,偏高岭土掺量为10%时,ECC物理力学性能最佳,孔隙率适宜,透水性能良好且pH值最低。该配合比下的ECC可应用于河道及路堤边坡,不仅能够显著提升景观效果,还能有效保持水土稳定,并对生态环境起到良好的修复作用。The purpose of this study is to address the challenge that traditional ecological concrete(ECC)cannot balance mechanical properties and ecological effects.Fly ash and metakaolin were used to partially replace cement as the cementitious materials,while limestone crushed stones of varying particle sizes were used as coarse aggregates.An orthogonal test method was employed to conduct a four-factor,three-level experimental study on four influencing factors:water-to-binder ratio,aggregate particle size,fly ash content,and metakaolin content.The effects of each factor on compressive strength,porosity,water permeability,and pH value were studied,with the designed porosity of 25%and the superplasticizer content of 0.69%.Research indicates that when the water-tobinder ratio is 0.30,the coarse aggregate particle size ranges from 3-6 mm,with fly ash content of 15%and metakaolin content of 10%,the ECC exhibits optimal physical and mechanical properties,appropriate porosity,good water permeability,and the lowest pH value.The ECC under this mix proportion can be applied to river channels and embankment slopes,which can not only significantly enhance the landscape effect,but also effectively maintain soil and water stability,and contribute to ecological restoration.
