摘　　要：目的:探究早期康复护理联合认知训练对中风后认知障碍患者认知功能、日常生活能力及照顾负担的影响。方法:选取鹤壁市中医院2022年1月至2024年1月收治的86例中风后认知障碍患者,采用随机单双数法分为对照组与观察组,各43例。两组患者给予常规干预基础上,对照组患者给予早期康复护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合认知训练。8周后比较两组患者认知功能、日常生活能力及照顾负担。结果:干预8周后观察组患者简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分均较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预8周后观察组患者功能独立性测试(FIM)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分均较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者照顾负担较对照组轻,差异具有统计学意义(U=2.0128,P<0.05)。结论:早期康复护理联合认知训练能有效改善中风后认知障碍患者认知能力,使其日常生活能力提高,从而有助于降低其照护负担。Objective To explore the impact of early rehabilitation nursing combined with cognitive training on cognitive function,daily living ability,and caregiver burden in patients with cognitive impairment after stroke.Methods A total of 86 patients with cognitive impairment after stroke admitted to Hebi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a single and even number method,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups received routine interventions,with the control group receiving early rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group receiving cognitive training in addition to the interventions in the control group.After 8 weeks,the cognitive function,daily living ability,and caregiver burden were compared between the two groups.Results After 8 weeks of intervention,the mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the functional independence measure(FIM)and modified barthel index(MBI)scores of the observation group were also higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the caregiver burden in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(U=2.0128,P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing combined with cognitive training can effectively improve the cognitive ability of patients with cognitive impairment after stroke,enhance their daily living ability,and thereby help reduce their caregiver burden.
