摘 要:对市售5种不同厚度、6种常见材质儿童爬行地垫的极限氧指数(Limit Oxygen Index,LOI)和烟密度进行探讨,研究儿童爬行地垫厚度及材质对其阻燃性能的影响,并探讨了其力学性能的现状。研究结果表明,儿童爬行地垫的氧指数均较低,阻燃效果差。爬行垫的厚度对产品的阻燃性能影响不大,爬行垫的材质直接影响产品阻燃效果。在8个测试样本中,厚度为20 mm的两面PE膜内填充EPE材质样本氧指数最高为23.8%,烟密度等级最低为0.78。产品的力学性能均能符合目前的强制性标准GB 6675.2—2014要求。The limit oxygen index(LOI)and smoke density of children crawling floor mat of five different thicknesses and six common ma-terials were discussed.The influence of the thickness and material of the children's crawling mat on the flame retardant performance is studied,and the current situation of their mechanical properties was also discussed.The results show that the oxygen index of commercial children is low and the flame retardant effect is poor.The thickness of children's crawling floor mat has little impact on the flame retardant performance of the product,and the material directly affects the flame retardant effect of the product.Among the 8 test samples,the sample with 20 mm PE material thickness had the highest oxygen index at 23.8%,and the lowest smoke density grade was 0.78.The mechanical properties of the product can meet the current manda-tory standard GB 6675.2—2014.
