摘  要:《化工原理》课程作为基础科学理论与工程实践的重要纽带,其较强的工程实践属性对于培育应用型化工人才具有极其重要的意义;然而,对于课程内容体系和工程属性认知不足致使学生学习难度较大、缺乏兴趣。通过对《化工原理(上)》课程内容进行系统分析,结合基础科学知识建立以流体流动章节中流体流动原理和哈根-泊禝叶方程为基础衔接扩展至过滤速率方程和传热双膜理论内容,进而成功构筑了主线拓展课程内容知识体系。此外,通过对课程中相关操作单元未来工程方向进行发掘及介绍,进一步充分发挥课程内含工程元素的育人成效。As a vital link between the basic science theory and engineering practice,the strong engineering practical feature of the chem-ical operation unit project was proposed to be critical to the chemical applied talents training for the society.Nonetheless,the insufficient perceive of courses content system and project properties caused the students lack interests and courage,leading to challenged learning process.The cours-es content of the chemical operation unit project was successfully established by systematically analyzing the courses content on the base of the flu-id flow principle and Hagan-poile equation,further linking to the filtration rate equation and heat transfer double film theory.Additionally,the edu-cation effect of the education elements was further explored by introducing the relevant operation units future application,favoring the strengthened learning appetency.
