吞咽功能电刺激联合高压氧治疗脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察吞咽功能电刺激联合高压氧治疗脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年7月黔西南布依族苗族自治州人民医院收治的脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者80例,随机分为对照组(40例,采用常规康复治疗)和观察组(40例,在对照组基础上给予吞咽功能电刺激联合高压氧治疗)。比较两组吞咽功能评分、吞咽障碍特异性生活质量量表(SWAL-QOL)评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组吞咽功能评分均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.001);两组SWAL-QOL评分均上升,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.001);观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:吞咽功能电刺激联合高压氧治疗脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍的效果显著,可改善患者的吞咽功能和生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of electrical stimulation of swallowing function combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of swallowing dysfunction after stroke.Methods:A total of eighty patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke admitted to Guizhou Southwest Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital from January 2022 to July 2024 were randomly divided into control group(40 cases receiving conventional rehabilitation treatment)and observation group(40 cases receiving electric stimulation of swallowing function combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the basis of control group).The swallowing function score,swallowing disability-specific quality of life scale(SWAL-QOL)score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the scores of swallowing function in both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.001).SWAL-QOL scores in both groups were increased,and observation group was higher than control group(P<0.001).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Electrical stimulation of swallowing function combined with hyperbaric oxygen is effective in the treatment of swallowing dysfunction after stroke,which can improve the swallowing function and quality of life of patients.
