摘 要:目的:探究高频重复经颅磁刺激联合抗栓治疗对改善脑梗死患者神经、认知功能的效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2024年6月北京市中关村医院收治的80例脑梗死患者作为观察对象,通过双色球法分为参照组(n=40,行抗栓治疗)和试验组(n=40,在参照组基础上给予高频重复经颅磁刺激治疗)。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组美国国立卫生院卒中量表评分、神经元特异性烯醇化酶及中枢神经特异蛋白水平均降低,试验组低于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组尿酸水平升高,同型半胱氨酸、神经丝轻链蛋白水平降低,试验组优于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组简易版智力状态评估量表、蒙特利尔认知评估量表评分均升高,试验组高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:高频重复经颅磁刺激联合抗栓治疗脑梗死的效果显著,能够有效调节患者的神经功能与认知功能。Objective:To explore the effect of high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with antithrombotic therapy on improving the neurological and cognitive functions of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:80 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Beijing Zhongguancun Hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected as observation subjects.They were divided into a reference group(n=40,antithrombotic therapy)and an experimental group(n=40,high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy on the basis of the reference group)by the double-color ball method.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale scores,neuron-specific enolase and central nervous system-specific protein levels in the two groups were reduced,and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the uric acid levels in both groups increased,and the levels of homocysteine and neurofilament light chain protein decreased,and the experimental group was better than the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the simplified version of the Intellectual State Assessment Scale and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale in both groups increased,and the experimental group was higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with antithrombotic therapy is effective in treating cerebral infarction and can effectively regulate the patient's neurological and cognitive functions.
