摘 要:目的:观察乳腺外科医师规培中目标导向带教模式的作用及教学满意度。方法:选取2022年8月—2023年9月在蚌埠医科大学第一附属医院参加规培的80名乳腺外科医师为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(给予常规带教模式)和观察组(在对照组基础上给予目标导向带教模式),各40名。比较两组教学满意度、学员出科成绩及教学质量。结果:观察组教学满意度高于对照组(P=0.006);观察组专科理论知识、专科基础操作及综合成绩高于对照组(P<0.001);观察组学习主动性、理论知识应用、团队协作、沟通能力评分及总评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对乳腺外科规培医师采用目标导向带教模式,可提高学员教学满意度,增强专科理论和实践技能,教学质量较高。Objective:To observe the role and teaching satisfaction of goal-oriented teaching model in breast surgeons'training.Methods:80 breast surgeons who participated in the program training in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from August 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(given the conventional teaching mode)and the observation group(given the goal-oriented teaching mode on the basis of the control group),with 40 participants each.The teaching satisfaction,students'grades and teaching quality were compared between the two groups.Results:The teaching satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.006).The theoretical knowledge,basic operation and comprehensive scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.001).The scores of learning initiative,application of theoretical knowledge,teamwork,communication ability and total score of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The goal-oriented teaching model can improve the students'teaching satisfaction,enhance their theoretical and practical skills,and improve the teaching quality.
