微波热疗联合FOLFOX方案治疗中晚期大肠癌的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨微波热疗联合FOLFOX方案治疗中晚期大肠癌的临床效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2024年8月在贵阳市第一人民医院就诊的68例中晚期大肠癌患者,按不同治疗方案将其分为对照组(32例)、联合组(36例)。对照组采用单一FOLFOX化疗方案,联合组在对照组基础上增加微波热疗。比较两组的近期临床疗效、肿瘤标志物水平、免疫功能指标及毒副反应发生情况。结果 联合组的客观缓解率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)及糖类抗原125(CA125)水平均降低,且联合组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的毒副反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 微波热疗联合FOLFOX方案治疗中晚期大肠癌患者能够提高近期治疗效果,降低肿瘤标志物水平,增强免疫功能,且不会增加毒副反应。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of microwave hyperthermia combined with FOLFOX regimen in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 68 patients with advanced colorectal cancer who were treated in the First People's Hospital of Guiyang from January 2020 to August 2024 were selected and divided into control group(32 cases)and combined group(36 cases)according to different treatment regimens.The control group was treated with single FOLFOX chemotherapy regimen,and the combined group was treated with microwave hyperthermia on the basis of the control group.The short-term clinical efficacy,tumor markers levels,immune function indexes and toxic and side effects were compared between the two groups.Results The objective remission rate in the combined group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)in the two groups decreased,and those in the combined group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the combined group were higher than those in the control group,CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of toxic and side effects between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Microwave hyperthermia combined with FOLFOX regimen in the treatment of patients with advanced colorectal cancer can improve the short-term therapeutic effect,reduce the levels of tumor markers,enhance immune function,and will not increase the toxic and side effects.
