摘 要:目的 比较微型种植体支抗、口外弓加强支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年2月至2023年2月收治的84例口腔正畸治疗患者为研究对象,以入院号末位奇偶数将其分为研究组(n=42,微型种植体支抗)、对照组(n=42,口外弓加强支抗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 研究组的上中切牙凸距差、尖牙间宽度、上中切牙倾角差大于对照组,磨牙移位距离小于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的骨保护素水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 相较于口外弓加强支抗,微型种植体支抗用于口腔正畸治疗中的效果显著,可改善磨牙移位距离、尖牙间宽度等指标及牙龈状况,提升骨保护素水平,且安全性较高,值得临床推广。Objective To compare the application effect of micro implant anchorage and extraoral arch reinforcement anchorage in orthodontic treatment.Methods A total of 84 patients underwent orthodontic treatment admitted from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into study group(n=42,micro implant anchorage)and control group(n=42,extraoral arch reinforcement anchorage)according to the odd and even number of the last admission number.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The upper central incisor convex distance difference,intercanine width and inclination angle of the upper central incisor in the study group were greater than those in the control group,and molar displacement distance was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the plaque index(PLI),gingival index(GI)and sulcus bleeding index(SBI)of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of osteoprotegerin in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with extraoral arch reinforcement anchorage,micro implant anchorage has a significant effect in orthodontic treatment,it can improve the molar displacement distance,intercanine width and gingival status,elevate the level of osteoprotegerin,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
