高职高专院校高质量党建工作路径探析——以烟台市为例

摘　　要：党的二十大报告指出:“高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务。”高职高专院校高质量发展是我国高质量发展的重要内容之一。高职高专院校作为培养专业技术人才和实用人才的摇篮,以高质量党建工作引领事业发展,是新时代实现职业教育现代化的必经之路,是实现教育高质量发展的重要途径。党的十八大以来,高职高专院校注重党建引领,党建工作取得扎实成效,但在强化党组织建设和健全体制机制等方面还存在一些隐性问题。深入分析高职高专院校党建工作情况,探寻开展高质量党建工作路径,对开创高职高专院校党的建设新局面,实现高职高专院校高质量发展具有重要理论与现实意义。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that"high-quality development is the primary task for comprehensively building a modern socialist country."The high-quality devel⁃opment of vocational colleges and universities is an essential component of China's overall high-quality develop⁃ment.As the cradle for nurturing professional and practical talents,vocational colleges and universities must lead their development through high-quality party building,which is the inevitable path to modernizing vocational edu⁃cation in the new era and an essential approach to achieving high-quality education development.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,vocational colleges and universities have emphasized the lead⁃ership of party building and achieved solid results.However,there are still some hidden issues in strengthening party organization construction and improving institutional mechanisms.An in-depth analysis of the party building work in vocational colleges and universities and the exploration of paths for high-quality party building have signif⁃icant theoretical and practical implications for creating a new landscape of party building in vocational colleges and universities and achieving their high-quality development.
