摘  要:目的探讨执行功能训练联合经颅磁刺激对孤独症儿童社交功能的影响。方法选择2022年1月至2024年2月期间广东三九脑科医院收治的80例孤独症患儿,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用经颅磁刺激治疗联合常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上增加执行功能训练。对比两组干预前后行为症状[孤独症行为量表(ABC)]与社交功能[社交反应量表(SRS)]。结果干预前,两组患儿的ABC与SRS量表得分对比,P>0.05;干预6周后,观察组患儿的ABC各因子得分与总分、SRS得分均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论对孤独症儿童采取执行功能训练联合经颅磁刺激可取得良好的干预效果,改善患儿症状行为,提高患儿社交功能。Objective:To explore the effect of executive function training combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation on social function of autistic children.Methods:Eighty autistic children admitted to Guangdong Sanjiu Brain Hospital from January 2022 to February 2024 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with routine rehabilitation training,while the observation group was given functional training on the basis of the control group.Behavioral symptoms[Autism Behavior Scale(ABC)]and social function[Social Response Scale(SRS)]were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:Before the intervention,the scores of ABC and SRS in the two groups were compared,P>0.05;After 6 weeks of intervention,the scores of ABC factors,total score and SRS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Executive function training combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation can achieve good intervention effect,improve children's symptoms and behaviors,and improve children's social function.
