摘  要:腹部恶性肿瘤是临床常见的恶性疾病。高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)作为一种新兴的非侵入性影像技术,在腹部恶性肿瘤治疗中显示出独特的优势。HIFU利用超声波的热效应和空化效应,在影像引导下精准定位并消融靶向肿瘤组织,可导致肿瘤细胞凝固性坏死。近年来,HIFU在肝癌、胰腺癌和结直肠癌等多种腹部恶性肿瘤的治疗中取得显著进展,不仅能有效控制肿瘤的生长,还可提高患者的生存质量,降低并发症发生率。HIFU与手术、化疗、放疗等传统治疗方式的联合应用进一步扩展了其临床应用范围。本研究对HIFU在腹部恶性肿瘤治疗中的研究进展、临床应用现状、安全性评估及未来发展方向进行综述,旨在为临床实践提供参考。Abdominal malignant tumor is a common malignant disease in clinic.High intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU),as a new non-invasive imaging technique,shows unique advantages in the treatment of abdominal malignant tumors.HIFU utilizes the thermal and cavitation effects of ultrasound waves to precisely locate and ablate targeted tumor tissues under image guidance,leading to coagulative necrosis of tumor cells.In recent years,HIFU has made significant progress in treating various abdominal malignancies,including liver cancer,pancreatic cancer。and colorectal cancer.It not only effectively controls tumor growth but also improves patients'quality of life and reduces complication rates.The combination of HIFU with traditional treatment modalities such as surgery、chemotherapy and radiotherapy has further expanded its clinical application.This review summarizes the research progress,current clinical application status、safety assessment and future development directions of HIFU in the treatment of abdominal malignancies,aiming to provide reference for clinical practice.
