摘 要:航班延误会导致机位分配方案与实际实施结果产生较大偏差,引发停靠冲突和靠桥率降低等问题,影响机场运行效率。为改善这一问题,研究了一种鲁棒性强且靠桥率高的机位分配优化方法。以最大化靠桥率为优化目标,引入了航班停靠机位时间重叠概率的约束条件以提高鲁棒性,建立了机位分配优化模型。采用混合密度网络更准确地估计重叠概率,并使用禁忌搜索算法进行模型求解。通过2023年福州机场的实际航班运行数据验证,结果显示,优化后的机位分配方案将机位冲突率从21.57%降至7.69%,靠桥率从87.3%提升至92.06%。这表明,基于重叠概率的机位分配优化方法有效可行,能够显著提高机位靠桥率和分配方案的鲁棒性,从而提升机场的整体运行效率。Flight delays can cause significant deviations between the gate assignment scheme and the actual implementation results,causing issues such as stopping conflicts and reduced bridge occupancy rates,which affect the operational efficiency of airports.To address this problem,this paper investigated a robust gate assignment optimization method with a high bridge occupancy rate.The objective was to maximize the bridge occupancy rate,and a constraint was introduced to improve robustness by considering the probability of flight stopping time overlap.A gate assignment optimization model was established based on these criteria.Mixture Density Network was used to estimate the overlap probability more accurately,and the model was solved using the Tabu Search algorithm.The method was validated using actual flight operation data from Fuzhou Airport in 2023.The results showed that the optimized gate assignment scheme reduces the gate conflict rate from 21.57%to 7.69%and increases the bridge occupancy rate from 87.3%to 92.06%.This demonstrates that the gate assignment optimization method based on overlap probability is effective and feasible,significantly improving the gate bridging rate and the robustness of the gate assignment scheme,thereby enhancing the overall operational efficiency of the airport.
