摘 要:结构超手册损伤一旦出现就会严重影响民机健康运营,为了高效解决中国国产民机结构超手册修理问题,提出一种基于案例推理的结构超手册修理决策支持体系。首先,通过对历史案例的分析,选取案例指标,建立决策支持案例库。然后,考虑到指标相似性难以准确度量,提出了结合工程度量与力学分析进行相似性度量的方法。同时,为了增强决策可信度,运用G1法与CRITIC法分别确定主观权重与客观权重,并引入动态组合赋权策略。针对某结构超手册修理需求,进行实例分析,验证了决策支持体系的有效性和实用性,且案例匹配的精确度达到95.6%,结果表明:该体系结合了工程经验与历史案例,能为国产民机结构超手册修理决策与修理方案制定提供决策支持辅助。The structural damage beyond manual,once occurred,will seriously affect the healthy operation of civil aircraft.In order to solve the problem of Chinese domestic civil aircraft structural maintenance beyond the manual,a decision support system based on case-based reasoning is proposed.By analyzing historical cases,selecting case indicators,and establishing a decision support case base.Then,considering the problem of accurately measuring the similarity of indicators,a method combining engineering measurement and mechanical analysis for similarity measurement is proposed.At the same time,to enhance the credibility of the decision,the G1 method and the CRITIC method are used to determine subjective and objective weights,and a dynamic combination weighting strategy is introduced.For a certain structural maintenance requirement,a case analysis was conducted to verify the effectiveness and practicality of the decision support system,and the accuracy of case matching reaches 95.6%.The results show that the system combines engineering experience with historical cases,and can provide decision support assistance for the maintenance decision and maintenance plan formulation of Chinese domestic civil aircraft structural maintenance beyond the manual.
