护理实验室开放网上预约管理平台使用现状及需求分析

摘　　要：采用整群抽样的方法对使用网上预约管理平台的某校2018级全体护理本科生进行问卷调查,问卷从一般资料、实验室网上预约平台运行使用情况和实验室预约平台的满意度三个方面入手,全面了解学生对护理实验室课后开放的认识、对网上预约管理平台运行情况反馈和使用满意度,剖析学生对预约平台的新需求和建议。分析研究表明学生对该预约平台运行的整体满意度较高,但未来平台需要进一步优化,更多关注学生的自主性个性化的需求,提高预约平台信息化水平,为学生提供更高效、更快捷的预约服务,为培养高素质护理人才提供有力支持。A cluster sampling method is used to conduct a questionnaire survey on all nursing undergraduates of a school in 2018 who are using the online reservation management platform.The questionnaire included three questionnaires:General information,the operation and use of the online reservation management platform and the satisfaction of the online reservation platform.The survey comprehensively understand students’understanding of the after-school opening of the nursing laboratory,as well as their feedback on the operation of the online reservation management platform and satisfaction with its use,analyzes students’new needs and suggestions for the reservation platform.Analysis and research indicate that students’overall satisfaction to reservation management platform is relatively high,but need to further optimize the reservation platform,pay more attention to the personalized requirements of students’autonomy,improve the reservation information level,provide students with more efficient,more quickly reservation service,provide strong support for training high-quality nursing personnel.
