“三全育人”背景下实验室安全教育模式探索

摘　　要：科教兴国战略的提出与实施,进一步激发了高校的科研热情,具体表现为科研项目数量持续增长、实验室规模扩张等。实验室因其内部环境愈加复杂,安全事故发生概率居高不下,因此,探索“三全育人”背景下实验室安全教育模式是必要的。该文深入分析了“三全育人”内涵,阐述“三全育人”对实验室安全教育模式构建的积极作用。“三全育人”背景下的实验室安全教育模式主要包括:建立联动教育机制,实现全员参与安全教育;建立衔接教育机制,实现全过程安全教育;建立立体教育机制,实现全方位安全教育。从全员、全过程与全方位角度提升实验室安全教育效果,便于高校实验室安全教育工作的开展,提升实验室的整体安全性。The proposal and implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education have led to an explosion in the number of scientific research projects in colleges and universities,the expansion of laboratory scale,the more complex internal environment,and the high probability of safety accidents.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the laboratory safety education mode under the background of“three integrity education”.The connotation of“three integrity education”is deeply analyzed,and the positive effect of“three integrity education”on the construction of laboratory safety education mode is expounded in this paper.The laboratory safety education mode under the background of“three integrity education”mainly including the establishment of linkage education mechanism,realize the safety education of all staff participation,establish cohesive education mechanism to realize the whole process of safety education,and establish three-dimensional education mechanism to realize all-round safety education.To improve the effect of laboratory safety education from the perspective of the whole staff,whole process and all aspects is conducive to the development of laboratory safety education in colleges and universities,and to improve the overall safety of laboratories.
